While we take great care to ensure every product meets our high standards of quality, we also know that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Here’s how our policy works to make that easy for you.

1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Window

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • There is a manufacturing issue

2. Refund Policy

If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we’ll issue the refund for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping fees).

Please note:

  • Refunds are available only for requests made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds—these can only be exchanged.
  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Used or worn products
  • Washed items
  • Products not in their original packaging or condition
  • Items missing tags, accessories, or serial numbers
  • Hygiene-related products, such as cloth diapers, nappies, padded underwear, etc.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Our customer care team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange or refund (via gift card) will be processed promptly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery durations may vary depending on your location.
  • Tracking: Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
  • Shipping Fees: Applicable charges and free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
  • Service Area: Currently, NovaMater ships only within India.

If you initially selected Cash on Delivery (COD) but wish to switch to a prepaid method, please contact our team for assistance.

6. Order Returns or Re-shipments

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, please email us at pallavijain002@gmail.com with the subject line “Resend My Order” to arrange re-shipment.
